Europe Christmas Markets — No Checked Luggage

When the 23-24 school calendar was released, there was one week that caught my eye. We were off starting the afternoon of Dec 15th, which meant we had a full week off before Christmas. I typed in https://www.google.com/travel/flights and began my search for flights to visit European Christmas Markets!

We selected our cities to visit: Berlin, Dresden, Wrocław, and Prague. Booked our multi-city flight on American Airlines flying into Berlin and out of Prague. Next we booked our hotels through the Marriott Bonvoy App.

Our first option for transportation in between European cities are trains, but for this trip we opted for a rental car to provide more flexibility in our itinerary. After checking prices, we booked our rental with an automatic transmission through Sixt Rental Cars.

Berlin

We stayed two nights in Berlin at the perfectly located Westin Grand Berlin, just one block from Unter den Linden, and two from Bebel Platz.

Dresden

Perhaps the most famous of all German Christmas markets, Dresden is an absolute must on any German Christmas market trip.

Wrocław

A wonderful market placed an architecturally stunning city.

Prague
